Every person who comes through our door is assigned a dedicated Account Manager from our sales team who will sit down with you, our customer – at a time convenient to you – and discuss your specific requirements. We take the time to understand your product, its unique specifications and how your customers will interact with it, as well get to grips with the details of your working operations.

Once you’ve consulted with your personal account manager and decided on the packaging solution that best fits your business needs, our dedicated customer care team will ensure that you’re well looked after throughout the sales and delivery process.

Our committed team will process your order accurately and efficiently, allocating stock, checking prices and ensuring that you’re getting exactly what you need as quickly as possible. The team is always on hand to answer any queries that you may have throughout the process and to orchestrate deliveries.

We provide fantastic after sales care too, to make sure that you’re completely happy with our service. Another of our core Cambrian values is Ownership, which means we take responsibility when things go right – and when they don’t. If any customer has an issue or requires a rework order, our committed team will deal with it quickly and efficiently – in fact, our current case closure time is just 1.18 days! This shows how hard our dedicated customer care team works to make sure customer queries are attended to and resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

We know that some of our valued customers might not have the space to store the full quantity of an order they have placed with us, so we offer a storage service to make things as convenient as possible. We’re happy to store products for our customers until they’re ready to receive them and to deliver them in smaller quantities, even at short notice!
